You always never fail to surprise Mummy. You start to call me by my name on one fine night, waited for my response and gave me a cheeky smile. Subsequently, you begin to call me by my name every now and then. Mummy don't mind you calling me by my name because that doesn't mean that you don't respect me. It is just another way to address me. Mummy is just surprise that you don't address Daddy as name but only ME and I wonder what is the reason. =)

Must have really surprised you when your boy called you by name! Did you teach him your name or he heard the hubby calls you and picked it up? Come to think of it, maybe I should start teaching my boy me and my hubby's names :)
ReplyDeleteRuth, I taught Ethan our names before he turns two years old. We were surprised that he can remember it easily when we "test" him again. Oh yes, I did not know how to response the very first time when he address me by names. Subsequently, I will just response naturally. =)
