Mummy cringe every time when I hear you speak Singlish. Mummy feels guilty
because I know that you learnt most of it from me. Mummy is making every effort now to speak proper English more consciously. It is a challenge for Mummy because I am not growing up in an English speaking family. Gong Gong and Po Po does not speak in English. Mummy wants to learn to effectively use both languages, Singlish and proper English to build relationships under appropriate circumstances. May you benefit more from the way Mummy speaks. =)
