Dearest Ethan Baby,

Interacting and playing with you is invaluable to Mummy. The time that we spent together offers us priceless opportunities to learn and strengthen our bond. Mummy has so much to learn from you, too. Mummy hopes that as I tune in to you during playtime, you may be more experimental in the play and express yourself with increasing comfort and fluency. May the attention that I shower you during this time builds up your self-esteem, too. =)

Sickly Ethan

Dearest Ethan Baby,

Today is the 7th day that you are still sick. Mummy feels so heart pain for you. Mummy do not knows how to ease your discomfort but to keep assuring you that I am always by your side taking care of your needs. Thanks GOD that Mummy has a supporting boss and colleagues that she can concentrate to take care of you at home. Mummy just has a simple wish now to hope that you will recover soon and be a happy and energetic boy again. GOD Bless Baby!

Enrolling Ethan in Music Class on Sunday 18 March 2012

Dearest Ethan Baby,

Mummy decided to enrol you in the Music Class after the trial class today. Mummy feels that I have made the right decision when I see you being so happy and excited in the class. Mummy hopes that by developing your interest in music will help you to be a more confident boy in life and maybe one day use your music to comfort and inspire people around you who need them. In the meantime, Mummy just wants you to enjoy the class. =)

Mummy read somewhere that you mimic most of what you see in us - words and deeds. We also form your images of GOD from the images you have of us as parents. If we're stern and unmerciful, you're likely to see GOD that way too. It is one of Mummy's most important duties as parents to help you see GOD clearly, especially the unconditional nature of his love.

Ethan is a Little "Reading Addict"

Dearest Ethan Baby,

You "demand" for Mummy to read the same book over and over to you every night. Mummy knows that you love the sense of power that comes from knowing what's on the printed page and since you cannot read it for yourself, the next best thing is to memorize it. In order to memorize it, you will keep asking Mummy to read it so that you can hear the story read over and over. =) Mummy thanks GOD for the patience to always read to you with enthusiasm and love no matter how many times you ask me to read the same book. =p

Happy 2012 Valentine Day to you, my darling! You were clueless about what is Valentine Day one year ago in Punggol but you are celebrating Valentine Day in school with your teachers and friends one year later. Soon, you will be celebrating with the girl of your heart and the woman of your household. Till then, I will be your Valentine. =) Mummy hopes that you will grow up to be an understanding, faithful and accommodating partner to have a fulfilling relationship and marriage.

Universal Studio with Ethan on Thurday 9 Feb 2012

Dearest Ethan Baby

We are so excited to bring you to Universal Studio today though we know that you may be too young for most of the rides. Mummy must admit that she is very eager to visit the studio herself, too. You were very cranky and uncooperative in the morning. Mummy is so worried that the visit is not going to be enjoyable because you have "used up" so much of my energy. Thanks GOD that you were much better after your half an hour nap. Hope you have fun and enjoy the visit as much as we do. We love you, darling.
